I'm really struggling to manage this viral fever. I've been having a hard time sleeping because of the body pain. Can you recommend which tablets might help with this? And do you have any tips on how to lower the fever?

I'm really concerned about this penicillin injection I got near my lower hip yesterday for a weakly reactive VDRL. It still hurts quite a bit a day later, even after trying both ice and hot packs. I've also been gently rubbing the area, but the pain persists. Is this normal, and how long might it take to feel better? Could there be a risk of infection or something?

I'm really worried about this situation. She's been having a fever for the last 3 months, and it only goes down when she takes Crocin. Otherwise, it just stays there.
