I'm really struggling with my breathing the last couple of days. It feels heavy and I'm breathing super fast, plus I'm yawning all the time. My heart's been racing too, and it's making me so anxious. My nose is clear and my hemoglobin's normal, so I'm at a loss about what's going on. I'm constantly worrying about my breathing now and focusing on it just seems to make it worse. Any idea what this could be? It's really stressing me out.

View allI'm a bit worried because my HRCT shows I've got minimal pleural effusion on both sides. Most of my tests like CBC, thyroid, serum creatinine, serum uric acid, and CRP came back normal, but my ESR is 34. With this minimal pleural effusion, do you think I need pleural tapping? Plus, I'm dealing with some pain in my upper chest wall and upper back. Would love to get your thoughts on this.
pleural tapping is not required

I'm curious about something that's been happening since I had Covid a couple of months ago. I've been noticing a drop in my stamina and I'm experiencing wheezing. It tends to get better when I'm active outdoors, but I still need my inhaler pretty often. Is this something that's going to stick around for a while, or can I expect it to improve eventually?
Salbutamol inhaler and budesonide 200 sos is advised for breathing difficulty.

I'm a bit concerned and curious about the recent chest X-ray report for a loved one who had COVID-19 about a month ago. It mentions bilateral scanty infiltrations of mixed nature with some irregular breakdowns, gross bronchial catarrh, and prominent bronchovascular markings. It also says the hilar shadow is heavy, the heart shadow is normal, and the left costophrenic angle is slightly blurred. Should I be worried about these findings, or is this normal as someone recovers from COVID-19?
Normal, nothing to worry ok.
