I'm really struggling with a persistent fungal infection between my legs that's been bothering me for the past few months. I've tried using antifungal creams like Soframycin, Fourderm, and Betnovate N, and while they seemed to help initially, the infection always returns after a few days, especially around my private parts. Can you suggest any stronger or more effective antifungal treatments that might help clear this up for good? It's starting to really concern me.

I'm really worried about a mole on my forehead near my eyebrows. It's been inflamed, and there's a red area around it. I've noticed pus coming out, and even though I've squeezed it a couple of times, the pus just keeps coming back. I'm dealing with some concerning symptoms and could really use some advice. It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of scabies. Scaboma is a suitable treatment for scabies. You can apply Permethrin 5% cream (Scaboma) all over your body from neck down to toes at night and wash it off the next morning. Repeat this after 7 days. Additionally, you can take Cetirizine 10mg once daily for itching relief. Make sure to wash all your clothes, bedding, and towels in hot water to prevent reinfestation.
