I'm noticing these small white bumps around my anus, and they kinda look like pimples or lumps. They started small and were really itchy, but now some have gotten bigger and there's more of them near the anal area. The itching has stopped though. I tried taking some medicines for 15 dayslike Ascazin capsules, cosmetic clear gel with clindamycin, zitcare s 1 gel, and even used dermadew bact soapbut there's been no improvement.
