I'm really struggling with sinus headaches, and it's becoming quite uncomfortable. Could you suggest the best medicine or any effective home treatments that might help relieve the pain? I could really use some advice on how to deal with this.

View allI'm having some issues with my voice. Sometimes, people can't hear me well, and other times it sounds like my voice splits into two different tonesone thin and one thick. It's been quite confusing, and I'm not sure what's causing it. Could it be something serious, or is there a simple explanation for this?
It sounds like you may be experiencing voice changes. This could be due to various reasons such as vocal strain, throat infections, or other underlying medical conditions. To help improve your voice quality, you can try using lozenges like Strepsils for soothing the throat and reducing inflammation. Additionally, you can use steam inhalation with menthol (such as Vicks) to help with any congestion or irritation in the throat. If the issue persists, it would be advisable to consult with an ENT specialist for further evaluation and management.

I'm really worried because after using a Q-tip, my ear got totally clogged and I can barely hear anything now. I tried putting Debrox in on the same day but it didn't help. I even went to Urgent Care and the doctor tried flushing my ear, but still no improvement. Now I need to see an ENT. Is there anything they can do? Can you tell me if there's a chance the hearing loss might not be permanent? I'm not in any pain though.
Visit ENT docotor for evaluation and get audiometry test for any hearing impairement.

I've noticed a lump in front of my left tragus, and it's painless even when I touch or press it. It also seems to be mobile. I'm not sure if I should be concerned or if there's any specific way I should manage it. Could it be something serious or is it likely harmless?
This lump could be a benign condition such as a sebaceous cyst or a lipoma. It is important to monitor the lump for any changes in size, shape, or symptoms. If the lump causes any discomfort or grows in size, it is recommended to consult a doctor for further evaluation. In case of infection or inflammation, antibiotics may be prescribed. If necessary, the lump can be surgically removed.
