I'm really struggling with sinus headaches, and it's becoming quite uncomfortable. Could you suggest the best medicine or any effective home treatments that might help relieve the pain? I could really use some advice on how to deal with this.

I'm having trouble with excessive yawning and burping for over a year now. I probably yawn like more than 100 times daily, and sometimes it's not a full yawn, which leaves me feeling suffocated. I'm a bit worried because I've been having some pain and swelling on the right side of my neck where a lymph node is located. I went for an FNAC test, and the report says there's a right submandibular swelling, but the stain for AFB is negative. The findings mentioned something about a necrotizing granulomatous lesion. I'm really anxious about what this means. Could you help me understand this condition a bit better and let me know if it's something I could pass on to others?

I had LASIK surgery 3 years ago but now I'm having pain in my left eye and the upper part around my eyebrow. Multiple ophthalmologists say everything looks fine and suggested I see an ENT for possible sinusitis. Could this eye and brow pain actually be from a sinus infection?
