I'm really struggling to sleep because of this dengue rash. It's so itchy and driving me crazy. What can I do to get some relief? I need help urgently.

I'm currently seeing a dermatologist for some acne scarring and I've been taking sotret 20mg for the past four months and it's really helped with the scars and my face isn't as oily. But I've started noticing that my hair is thinning, my eyes burn a lot, I get nosebleeds, stomach upsets, hair fall, and even back pain sometimes. Are these the side effects of sotret? And if they are, will they go away once I stop the medication? Will my hair eventually get back to its original thickness, and how long might that take? I mentioned all these symptoms to my dermatologist, but she doesn't really think they're caused by the medication. Any thoughts on what I should do?

The symptoms you're experiencing, such as hair thinning, eye burn, nose bleeding, stomach upset, hair fall, and back pain, are common side effects of Sotret (Isotretinoin), and they are likely to subside once you stop taking the medication, with hair regrowth potentially taking several months to a year or more.

I got stung by a honey bee on my penis shaft and took out the sting myself. It didn't hurt after that, but now, about half an hour later, it's swollen up. What do you recommend for medication or treatment?

Oral medicine will take a lot of time to show its complete effect in this scenario .You better consult a doctor physically so that with injectables it will be resolved as soon as possible .
