I'm really struggling with these colloid milia around my eyes. I've had them since 4th grade, and they make me feel self-conscious because they look so bad. Do you have any advice on how I can get rid of them?

Colloid milia are small, yellowish or white bumps that can appear around the eyes.
Causes
- Keratin buildup
- Sun exposure
- Genetics
- Aging
Removing Colloid Milia
- Professional extraction: Consult a dermatologist for safe removal.
- Topical retinoids: Derivatives of vitamin A can help prevent clogged pores.
- Exfoliation: Gentle exfoliants containing alpha-hydroxy acids (AHAs) or beta-hydroxy acids (BHAs) can help remove dead skin cells.
- Sun protection: Wear sunscreen with at least SPF 30 to prevent further damage.
Home Remedies (not recommended as sole treatment)
- Castor oil: May help reduce inflammation.
- Aloe vera: Soothes skin and reduces inflammation.
- Tea tree oil: Has antibacterial properties, but use with caution due to potential skin irritation.

View allI'm planning to attend an event soon and I'm thinking about using a cream called UltraBrite to reduce some marks and dark circles on my face. I'm only planning to use it for a week and then stop. Do you think that's okay? Could it have any side effects if I just use it for such a short time?

I've been dealing with this skin fungal infection for 34 years, and though I'm finally better, I'm left with scars all over my body that really bother me. They're in dark and light patches and spots, especially on my chest, waist, the sides of private areas, my back, and even my right leg below the knee. Theyre also under my left armpit and I get light dark spots on my face. What can I do to treat these scars? Are there any soaps or creams you'd recommend for long-term use?
Lulican 1.. cream is advised for 2 weeks and also u can take tablet levocetrizine , orally for 7 days.

My palms and feet sweat excessively and it's really bothering me. Is there any permanent treatment or surgery that can stop this? I've tried everything but nothing seems to work long-term.
Excessive sweating (palms/feet) may respond to iontophoresis or Botox; thoracic sympathectomy is a surgical cure but has risks like compensatory sweating.
