I'm really struggling with these dark spots on my face from pimples. Can you help me figure out how to reduce the pimples and get rid of the dark spots they leave behind?

Reducing Pimples*
- Maintain good hygiene: Wash your face twice a day with a gentle cleanser.
- Use non-comedogenic products: Choose products labeled "non-comedogenic" or "oil-free" to avoid clogging pores.
- Exfoliate regularly: Exfoliate once or twice a week to remove dead skin cells and unclog pores.
- Avoid picking or popping pimples: This can lead to further inflammation and scarring.
Eliminating Dark Spots
- Topical treatments: Apply creams or serums containing ingredients like:
- Hydroquinone (2%): Fades dark spots.
- Retinoids: Promotes cell turnover and collagen production.
- Niacinamide: Improves skin hyperpigmentation.
- Vitamin C: Antioxidant properties help reduce dark spots.
- Chemical peels: A dermatologist can perform chemical peels to exfoliate the skin and reduce dark spots.
- Microdermabrasion: A non-invasive exfoliating treatment that can help reduce dark spots.
- Sun protection: Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+) daily to prevent further darkening of spots.

View allI've been using Sebamed facewash and Nioret Nanogel for the past 8 months with amazing results. My skin was glowing, and I didn't have any pimples. But starting in February, I suddenly got rashes, redness, and some irritation on my face. There was one day when I used a CC cream, and after removing it, my face turned red and was burning. I tried calming it down with Lacto Calamine but nothing worked. Now, every time I apply the Sebamed facewash, it feels like I've put red chili powder on my face. I've even got a red patch under my eye that feels like burned skin when I touch it. Could you help me figure out what's happening with my skin?

Can using Vaseline help with my Perioral Dermatitis? I think it might've started because I was using a topical steroid cream to lighten my skin. What should I do about this?
Using Vaseline may not be the most effective treatment for Perioral Dermatitis. Instead, you can try using a gentle moisturizer like Cetaphil or Aveeno to soothe the affected area. To treat Perioral Dermatitis caused by topical steroid cream, your doctor may prescribe a mild topical steroid like hydrocortisone cream for a short period of time. It is important to avoid using any steroid creams without medical supervision, as they can worsen the condition if not used correctly.

I'm really worried about my hair loss over the past few months. I've been losing a lot, like 200-250 strands a day, and it's freaking me out. My scalp is painful when I touch it and feels warm too. I've had issues with Seb derm in the past, but medication helped then. Now, I'm also dealing with a Vitamin D deficiency and started supplements last month. Im using a mild shampoo and washing my hair every other day, but nothing seems to help. I know I need to look into a full treatment plan, but I'm not sure where to start. Can you guide me?
