I'm really worried about my hair loss over the past few months. I've been losing a lot, like 200-250 strands a day, and it's freaking me out. My scalp is painful when I touch it and feels warm too. I've had issues with Seb derm in the past, but medication helped then. Now, I'm also dealing with a Vitamin D deficiency and started supplements last month. Im using a mild shampoo and washing my hair every other day, but nothing seems to help. I know I need to look into a full treatment plan, but I'm not sure where to start. Can you guide me?

My test results showed that I have Staphylococcus Aureus after catching this rash while I was in India. It started on my feet and after about three weeks, the pus has stopped, and the lesions are closing up. But I'm worried because these large spots on my feet keep turning purple in just an hour. Is this normal, and should I be concerned? What can I do to help with the healing?

I've noticed that my hair keeps turning white more and more since last year. Is this something normal as you age, or should I be worried? Are there any specific reasons this might be happening, and is there anything I can do to prevent more of my hair from turning white so soon?

Premature graying of hair can be due to various factors such as genetics, stress, nutritional deficiencies, or medical conditions. To help slow down the graying process, you can try taking a supplement containing Biotin and Vitamin B12. You can also use a hair product like Minoxidil solution to help with hair growth and pigmentation. Additionally, make sure to eat a balanced diet rich in antioxidants and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
