I'm really worried about my hair loss over the past few months. I've been losing a lot, like 200-250 strands a day, and it's freaking me out. My scalp is painful when I touch it and feels warm too. I've had issues with Seb derm in the past, but medication helped then. Now, I'm also dealing with a Vitamin D deficiency and started supplements last month. Im using a mild shampoo and washing my hair every other day, but nothing seems to help. I know I need to look into a full treatment plan, but I'm not sure where to start. Can you guide me?

I've been masturbating daily since I was 15, and I've noticed something odd that's got me a bit worried. When I masturbate, my penis tends to soften within about 10 seconds without me even touching it. The thing is, I can easily achieve a full erection, and I also get morning erections every two or three days. I haven't had intercourse in 12 years, so I'm not really sure how things would go when I'm with a partner. Could this be something I should be concerned about?

This could be a sign of erectile dysfunction. It is important to consult with a doctor before starting any medication to ensure it is safe for you.

I've been dealing with an oily scalp and hair loss and Im a bit worried because I also masturbate every two days. Is there any chance that masturbation could be causing this? Also, is it normal to masturbate every two days or around 3 to 4 times a week? If it's not considered normal, what steps can I take to manage or control my masturbation habits? I'm just trying to understand if there's a connection here or if I should be doing something different.

masturbation does not related with hair growth

I've been having this issue with my right nipple where it keeps getting dry and itchy off and on for a few weeks now. There's also this dry patch on the areola area, like dry skin. I try using moisturizer, and it helps a bit, but it goes back to being dry and itchy pretty quickly, especially after showering. There's no pain or bleeding, or anything else weird going on. Should I be worried about this? Does it sound serious?
