I'm really struggling with yawning a lot and just feeling super tired all the time, even though Im not doing any physical work. My sleep is uncomfortable and I feel fatigued and worn out during the day. What could be causing this, and what can I do about it?

View allI've been having these mild cold symptoms that seem viral and maybe a bit allergic, like a runny nose and sneezing a lot for the past 10 days. My doctor suggested a blood test, including CRP, CBC, SGPT, SGOT, and Ferritin, to check if these could indicate COVID-19. All my blood test results came back normal except my Basophils Count is at 0, PCT at 0.187, and SGOT (AST Serum IFCC) at 50. I'm curious, is this blood test enough to understand what's going on, or should I consider a RAT for COVID or even a CT scan? I'm feeling a bit unsure about the next steps and would appreciate your advice.

I'm covid negative now, but I was experiencing mild symptoms. It's been about 4 days since my quarantine ended, and I'm feeling better. However, my nose is still blocked. Is it okay for me to use a Vicks inhaler to help with this?

I'm a vegetarian and I don't live at home, so it's tough for me to get a proper diet. Because of this, I'm worried I'm not getting enough vitamins. I started taking Zincovit. A family doctor once suggested I take a B-complex vitamin since I use antacid pills regularly. Is it safe to take B-complex vitamins alongside my antacid, and if so, could you recommend a good brand of B-complex that I should be looking into?
maintain regular diet and avoid excess use of antacids
