I'm really worried about a 20mm ASD hole in the heart and I'm wondering if there's any way to treat it without surgery. Are there other options or treatments available to help with this condition?

Candibiotic ear drops contain a combination of clotrimazole (antifungal), beclomethasone (steroid), and lidocaine (pain reliever).

Usage for ear pain and pus discharge:

  1. Consult a doctor: Before using Candibiotic ear drops, consult a doctor or an ENT specialist to confirm the diagnosis and rule out any underlying conditions that may require different treatment.
  2. Dosage: If prescribed, the typical dosage is 2-3 drops in the affected ear, 2-3 times a day.

Precautions:

  1. Avoid using Candibiotic ear drops if you have a perforated eardrum.
  2. Do not use the drops for more than 7-10 days without consulting a doctor.
  3. Keep the ear drops away from children.

I'm really feeling anxious about my ECG results that came in today. It's showing a low PR interval of 119ms, and I'm not sure if that's something to worry about. The report mentioned Sinus Rhythm and short PR interval. My heart rate is at 90 bpm, P duration 88ms, QRS duration 114ms, QTQTc interval 320393ms. Should I be concerned and start taking medications, or is this in the normal range? Could you explain what these numbers mean? I've attached the ECG photos too.

short PR interval is abnormal. The causes include wolf parkinson white syndrome, acute stress, junctional rhythm, anchanced AV node conduction etc,Patient need not worry , no treatment is required,, It is common in pregnancy and children.

My brother has been feeling some discomfort on the left side of his chest, and the doctor said his ECG is normal, just showing sinus tachycardia. He's really anxious and tends to worry about his health a lot, especially after recovering from COVID. We're wondering about getting an echo done, but the doctor suggested waiting a month. Is it okay to wait that long, or should we consider doing it sooner given his anxiety and constant thinking about his health?

Can delay the echo testing for up to one month after the ECG. It is important to monitor his symptoms during this time. Given his history of anxiety and hypochondria, it may be beneficial for him to consult with a mental health professional to address his concerns and manage his anxiety. It is also important for him to continue following up with his healthcare provider for further evaluation and guidance."
