I'm really worried about this allergic problem I've been dealing with for the last two years. I keep getting short of breath, there's this whistling sound when I breathe, plus I've got a runny nose, a cough, and sometimes even a fever. Montek LC tablets do help, but as soon as I stop taking them, all these symptoms come back within a day or two. What should I do? Can you suggest anything that'll give me longer-lasting relief?

I've been dealing with this heavy sinus issue for about 6 months now, and it's driving me crazy. I notice there's not much mucus, but I sneeze a lot, even when I try using steam. Whenever I take Montek LC, it seems to help, but if I skip even one day, my eyes feel really heavy and my nose starts running like crazy. It feels like the air is somehow getting into my nose and causing all this trouble. My doctor suggested I might need to take Montek LC forever or use an inhaler to clear the mucus. I'm really hoping for a more permanent solution. What do you think I should do?

That could be due to allergy, identify the triggering factor and avoid it, maintain healthy lifestyle.

I'm kind of worried about my health stuff lately. My weight's at 84.3 kg and I've been having this chest discomfort for about two years now. Last year, I saw a pulmonologist and got some tests done like an X-ray, CBP, IGE serum, and PFT. Everything was normal except my IGE serum level, which was 432.2 IUml. The doctor prescribed me Tab.FM 24 to take every night, but I never ended up using it. Do you think I should start taking the tablet again if my IGE level turns out to be high? And what are the symptoms of having a high IGE level?

Patient is advised tab augmentin duo 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .
