I'm really worried about this allergic problem I've been dealing with for the last two years. I keep getting short of breath, there's this whistling sound when I breathe, plus I've got a runny nose, a cough, and sometimes even a fever. Montek LC tablets do help, but as soon as I stop taking them, all these symptoms come back within a day or two. What should I do? Can you suggest anything that'll give me longer-lasting relief?

View allI'm noticing that my heart rate goes up whenever I eat eggs or meat, and it's a bit worrying because I've already consulted a cardiologist who said I don't have any heart problems. What could be causing this?
Increased heart rate after consuming certain foods like eggs or meat could be due to food sensitivities or allergies. In some cases, certain food additives or preservatives can also trigger such a response. To help manage this, you can try taking an antihistamine like Cetirizine (brand name Zyrtec) at a dose of 10mg before consuming these foods. Additionally, you can also try avoiding these trigger foods to see if your symptoms improve.

I'm curious about something that's been happening to me. Whenever I'm in the kitchen and accidentally inhale heated red palm oil, I start choking and coughing, but I don't seem to have any issues with cigarette smoke, fumes from burning bushes, or car exhausts. Why does this happen? Should I be worried about a specific allergy or sensitivity to something in the red palm oil?
may be you are allergic to that smell

I'm really struggling with a heavy cough, and I'm dealing with allergy symptoms and general weakness too. On top of that, I have swelling in my joints and itchy palms. It's been so bad that I've had to take a Levocetirizine capsule every day to manage it. Without it, I just can't handle the cough at all. Is there anything else I can do or try to make this better?
Tab avil 25mg and avoid allergic agents
