I'm really worried about this chronic cough I have, especially at night. It seems to be getting worse and causing some respiratory issues. Could it be related to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease? What should I be looking out for, and is there anything I can do to manage these symptoms better at home?

I've been dealing with a dry and cold cough for the past week, and it's really starting to worry me. My doctor prescribed azikem 500, but I'm not sure if it's the right thing to take. Is this medication typically recommended for these symptoms, or should I be considering something else? Also, are there any side effects I should be aware of while taking this?

My mom was diagnosed with tuberculosis last year and after nine months of medicine, she's finally tested negative, which is such a relief. There was also a suspicion of ILD before she got TB, but no treatment was started for that because the focus was on the TB. Now that TB is under control, her chest HRCT was done. I'm sending it over for you to take a look. Can you give me some advice on her health and what the next steps should be for her treatment?

Suspected ILD, review with CT chest report with pulmonologist is advised to the patient.
