I'm really worried about this fever I've been dealing with since last week. It's been coming and going, and I'm also struggling with a cold. Every time I take medicine, I feel better for a few hours, but then the fever just comes back. What could be causing this, and how can I get it under control?

Your recurring fever and cold symptoms, despite temporary relief from medication, may indicate a underlying infection, such as a viral or bacterial infection, sinusitis, or a secondary infection like pneumonia or bronchitis; consider consulting a doctor for a thorough evaluation, including a physical examination, blood tests, and possibly a chest X-ray, to determine the underlying cause and receive appropriate treatment, which may include antibiotics, antivirals, or anti-inflammatory medications

View allI'm a bit concerned about this pain I'm feeling in my left arm after a blood test, especially since I usually don't have any issues with them. It's weird because I had one not too long ago and felt fine. Now, it hurts a bit when I try to straighten my arm, and it just doesn't seem like my normal arm. Is this something I should be worried about?
Don't worry it subsides on its own

I had a minor accident yesterday and now I've got some scratches on my knee. I'm wondering if it's alright to use cipladine ointment for these open wounds and cuts. Would it be safe and effective?
yes can be used

I've been smoking weed for the last couple of days, and I'm getting vaccinated tomorrow with the Meningococcal and Hepatitis A vaccines. I'm a bit worriedcould the weed affect the vaccination in any way? Like, will it cause any other issues or reduce how effective the vaccines are? I could really use some advice on this.
NO EFFECT OF WEED ON VACCINATION.
