I'm really worried about this fever I've been dealing with since last week. It's been coming and going, and I'm also struggling with a cold. Every time I take medicine, I feel better for a few hours, but then the fever just comes back. What could be causing this, and how can I get it under control?

Your recurring fever and cold symptoms, despite temporary relief from medication, may indicate a underlying infection, such as a viral or bacterial infection, sinusitis, or a secondary infection like pneumonia or bronchitis; consider consulting a doctor for a thorough evaluation, including a physical examination, blood tests, and possibly a chest X-ray, to determine the underlying cause and receive appropriate treatment, which may include antibiotics, antivirals, or anti-inflammatory medications

I've got my lab report back, and it's showing some high levels that I'm concerned about. My RBC count is at 5.57, the total leucocyte is 12.0, lymphocytes are at 52.8, and the absolute lymphocyte is sitting at 6.34. The high-sensitive C-reactive protein is 4.6 too. I've also had shoulder pain for the last week, which is why I got tested. Could you help me understand what these high levels mean? Should I be worried about my heart health with these results?

I've been dealing with constipation for the last 8 months and after some tests, my doctor said I have low levels of Vitamin B12 and D3. I've been taking injections for that, but also found out my bad cholesterol, the LDL, is a bit high. I've read up on ways to bring it down and a lot of places suggest regular walks. I also stumbled upon info that said Apple Cider Vinegar might help with high cholesterol. Could you let me know if it's okay for me to try Apple Cider Vinegar for reducing my LDL cholesterol?
