I'm really worried about the free fluid in both pleural cavities on the imaging scan we got back. They measured around 500ml on the right and 300ml on the left. How serious is this situation, and what should we be doing about it? Can you please let me know soon? I'm really anxious about it.

I've been dealing with a wheezing cough and shortness of breath for two months. I was on continuous treatment during the first month, but then I stopped. Because the cough got really bad again, I started taking wheezing medicines for the past five days, including Budamate 400 and Airz FF inhalers, along with Levot M and Nayapred just for five days. Initially, the cough and wheezing eased up on the first day of the medication. But now, after 4 to 5 days, even though I'm still taking the meds, the cough sometimes returns and lasts for a while. Can you help me figure out why this might be happening? Should I consider visiting the doctor again?

I've been diagnosed with lymph node tuberculosis and my doctor prescribed Rcinex 600, Ethambutol, and Pyrazinamide. The instructions were to take the meds in the morning and wait an hour before eating. I've been diligent but my timing is a bit off, usually taking them between 7-10 AM and eating 2-3 hours later. Is this alright? Are there any risks of developing multidrug-resistant TB because of this timing? Would love some advice.
