View allI'm currently dealing with bronchitis and take Combitide125, two puffs daily, to manage it. I've just gotten over a fever, but now I can't seem to shake off this persistent cough. I'm wondering if it's safe to start taking an expectorant like Ascoril along with my inhalers. Is that advisable, or should I avoid mixing them?

I'm really worried about a TB relapse because of drug resistance. Is there a chance that it's curable? And if so, how long would I need to be on medication to treat it?
Yes, it is curable.Duration of ATT is 8 months is advised to the patient.

I've been coughing for weeks, and recently I started noticing blood in my sputum. I've tested negative for CRS and TB, and an x-ray showed I have right lobar pneumonia. The meds I took helped stop the blood, but the cough is still there. Now, blood is back in my sputum. What medication do you think I should try next?
Patient is advised tab Azithromycin 5oomg orally,once daily for 5 days.Also syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice daily for 7 days and tab paracetamol 500mg sos for fever.
