Got a chest CT scan showing something blocking the chest passage. How serious is this? Would surgery be needed or are there other ways to remove it?

View allI'm dealing with a dry cough that's been going on for about three weeks now, but it's not there all the time. I've been taking amrutarishta twice a day and calcimax forte for vitamin D each day, and also getting about 15-20 minutes of sunlight daily. I had a chest x-ray, phlegm test, blood test, and thyroid test, and everything came back normal. Could you recommend something to help with this cough?

I've been dealing with a cough that I had a couple of months ago, and while it seems to be gone now, I'm still having trouble with persistent mucus. Recently, I've started feeling some chest tightness and alternating mild to moderate pain. Just a few days ago, my throat was also bothering me. I'm really concerned about what's causing all these symptoms, especially during this lockdown. Any advice on what I should do?
Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice

I'm really worried about my husband's recent x-ray for his job. It's showing right hilar congestion, and although he's not coughing, he does have a cold.
