Got a chest CT scan showing something blocking the chest passage. How serious is this? Would surgery be needed or are there other ways to remove it?

View allI've been having a cold and cough for the last ten days, and it's typical for me to have a cough for about two weeks. But this time, something unusual happened. In the mornings, when I cough and spit, there's a little blood mixed with the mucus or sputum. It started happening in the last two days, and it's freaking me out a bit. This morning, I even coughed on purpose to see if it would happen again, and it did. I don't smoke, so I'm not sure why this is happening. Can you tell me what this might be and what I should do?
Patient is advised tab augmentin duo 625 mg ,orally, thrice daily for 7 days, tab levocetrizine 10 mg bedtime for 5 days and syrup salbutamol 10 ml thrice dailly for 7 days .

My brother has allergic asthma and only 80% of his lungs are working right now. Is there any treatment like therapy, meds, or even surgery that could help his lungs function at 100% again? Really worried and looking for options to improve his condition.

I'm looking over the HRCT report and noticed that my SpO2 levels are fluctuating. They usually stay above 90, but I'm concerned about why there's any fluctuation at all. Can you help explain what might be causing this?
unfortunately i couldn't see any of your hrct report attached. SPO2 is fluctuating , keep the pulse oximeter for 2 minutes and then record it
