I'm really worried about my 10-year-old son's knee pain and swelling. He's been prescribed Disperzyme CD for this, and I haven't started giving it to him yet. Is it safe for him to take the Disperzyme CD for five days?

View allI'm feeling a bit worried about giving Ambrolite-D to my 5 and a half-year-old son. He has a cold and cough. The thing is, I noticed it's also used for adults and says something about being for dry cough. Is it really safe for him? Just want to make sure I'm doing the right thing.
Ambrolite-D is a combination of an antihistamine and a decongestant, commonly used for treating cold and cough in adults. While it may be prescribed for infants in specific doses, it's important to follow your doctor's recommendation regarding the exact dosage for your 5.5-month-old son. Please avoid self-medication and consult your pediatrician if you have concerns about its safety for your child.

My 3-year-old has had a fever, cough, and cold since last Saturday, and I've been giving him Crocin, Augmentin DDS, and Amrox Junior. But he still seems to have the same symptoms. I'm really worried and not sure what else to do. Can you suggest any changes or next steps?
Cold is caused by a virus. Antibiotics will not help.
