My 3-year-old has had a fever, cough, and cold since last Saturday, and I've been giving him Crocin, Augmentin DDS, and Amrox Junior. But he still seems to have the same symptoms. I'm really worried and not sure what else to do. Can you suggest any changes or next steps?

Cold is caused by a virus. Antibiotics will not help.

I'm wondering about my baby's mundan ceremony. He's 4 months old right now. Is it okay to do the ceremony when he's 5 months, or should we wait longer for his head scalp to become harder? What do you recommend?

Can I give suji halwa or kheer to my 8-month-old boy if he's been having loose stools for a week? Is suji good for him right now?

For an 8-month-old baby experiencing loose stools, it is important to focus on easily digestible foods. Suji (semolina) can be a good option as it is gentle on the stomach and can help firm up the stools. You can prepare suji halwa with minimal sugar and ghee for your baby. Additionally, you can also give your baby rice-based foods like rice water or rice cereal. Make sure to continue breastfeeding or formula feeding to prevent dehydration. If the loose stools persist or worsen, please consult a pediatrician for further evaluation and management.

I'm really worried about my 4-year-old daughter. Her latest urine test showed pus cells at 25-30 and epithelial cells at 34. About a year and a half ago, she had a mild urinary tract infection. How serious is her current situation? Should I be concerned about these numbers?
