I'm really worried about my aunt, she's 43 and has diabetes. Last night she was having trouble breathing, and doctors say she's got viral pneumonia. They mentioned one part of her lung is turning white. Is this something we should be really worried about?

View allI'm really confused about the treatment I got for my chest issues. I had TB back in 2013, and though I don't smoke a lot, I've been smoking occasionally for about 1.5 years. Lately, I've noticed some blood with my morning cough over the last couple of months. I went to AIIMS, got all the tests doneDOTS, blood reports, HRCT Chest, and X-ray reportsand the doctor said everything was fine. They only prescribed me some painkillers and vitamins for my chest pain. But I can't help but worry if my occasional smoking might have been overlooked. Could that be the case, or am I overthinking it? Would love some clarity on this.
it is okay

I'm currently on treatment for tuberculosis, and I've been running a fever between 99.5 and 100.3 during the day, but at night it's spiking up to 102-103. It's been almost 27 days since I started the treatment. I'm just wondering if this level of fever is normal and when I might see some improvement. Could you shed some light on what's going on?
start taking dolo650mg at night if you are facing this issue. If it is still not reducing take injection paracetamol IM for 3 days.

I'm really worried about my brother. He's a regular smoker and has been having a morning cough, occasional breathing issues, and sometimes even chest pain. He recently got some test results back, and it seems like his hemoglobin is high, his PCV is at the upper limit, and his vitamin D is low. I'm not sure what these mean or what steps he should take next?
