I'm really worried about my aunt, she's 43 and has diabetes. Last night she was having trouble breathing, and doctors say she's got viral pneumonia. They mentioned one part of her lung is turning white. Is this something we should be really worried about?

View allI'm feeling pretty uneasy these past three days because of some breathing issues. It's odd because I can run for 2 km without any trouble, but when I'm lying down, I'm experiencing shortness of breath. I'm also dealing with a bit of a dry cough. My blood pressure and oxygen levels are normal, though. What could be causing these symptoms?

I'm looking at my x-ray report, and it mentions that the bronchovascular markings are prominent. Is this something I should be worried about? What does it actually mean, and could it be related to any serious lung issues? I would really appreciate some clarity on this.

I've had asthma for 15 years, and it's usually pretty mild. I've been using a Foracort inhaler 400 when needed. Lately, I've noticed that sometimes I feel like I'm breathing too fast and have some breathing issues, especially when I close my mouth. This only happens occasionally, and it's almost like I only notice it when I think about it. Also, just today, I started having a little dry cough and a slight irritation in my throat that feels bitter, but it's only when I cough. Should I be worried about these new symptoms, or is it just a passing thing? Would love your advice on what could be going on.
