I've just tested positive for Covid-19 and I'm experiencing mild symptoms, along with some difficulty in breathing. Should I consider getting an HRCT scan? I'm a bit concerned and would appreciate some guidance.

View allI'm really worried about my dadhe's 53 and caught COVID on March 30th. He had a fever for four days, and after talking to the doctor, we did an HRCT of his chest. It showed a mild infection with about 10-15% of lung involvement. The doc gave him some medicine called Ferocort and Syncrobreath, plus a cough syrup. But the thing is, he's still coughing a lot. I'm just wondering, how long do you think it'll take for the cough to get better?
for cough to reduce it will take 1 week

I've been dealing with a mild pain in my right chest for the past three months, and I'm starting to worry. I don't have a cough or anything serious like that, but for some reason, I've gotten in the habit of exhaling this white mucus from my right lung and spitting it out, like, over 200 times a day. It feels like I can't stop this habit without feeling a kind of burning sensation in my lung, like something's there and it starts acting up. The mucus is pure white, not bloody, sometimes even gel-like. Could this be causing the chest pain? Should I be worried about this habit?
use syrup ascoril twice a day for 1 week

I'm a bit worried because my chest X-ray, ultrasound, HIV, thyroid, and other blood tests all came back fine, but my Mantoux test showed a positive result with a size of around 16 mm. I'm not sure if this means I need to start TB treatment. Also, my body temperature usually stays between 98 to 98.8 degrees. Should I be getting any other tests done? Could you give me some advice on this?
sputum culture and sentivity,CBNAAT
