I've just tested positive for Covid-19 and I'm experiencing mild symptoms, along with some difficulty in breathing. Should I consider getting an HRCT scan? I'm a bit concerned and would appreciate some guidance.

View allI'm having trouble with shortness of breath when I'm talking and especially after walking up the stairs. This has been going on for about three days now, and it feels like I'm under a lot of stress just to breathe. It's almost like what Id imagine an asthma attack to feel like. I've never dealt with anything like this before. What could be causing this sudden difficulty in breathing, and should I be worried?
might be due to asthma or reduced blood

I'm a bit confused and worried because my Mantoux test showed a big reaction, 25x27mm, but my chest CT scan only suggests the possibility of tuberculosis. Ive got no symptomsno cough or fever or anything like that. Should I really start TB medication even though I feel perfectly fine? I'm just not sure if I actually have tuberculosis.

I'm currently on mlife tab which I take once a day and use seroflo as needed, especially when the weather changes. The only issue I have is breathlessness. I'm curious about how long I can continue using mlife and if there's any chance of completely curing this. If a cure isn't possible, what's the best approach to prevent it from coming back?
tablet mlife has little side-effects like nausea, vomiting. so you can take this tablet for long time till your symptoms are reduced
