I'm still having some pain on the right side of my chest, in my back, and sometimes in my shoulders even after finishing my antibiotics for a Rightsided pleurisy and Upper Respiratory Tract Infection diagnosed last month. My recent CBC showed an ESR of 37, up from 24, but my TLC dropped from 12500 to 8700. I'm just wondering if I should be worried that the infection is still there or if the pain and inflammation will eventually go away on their own. What should I do next?
