I've just tested positive for Covid-19 and I'm experiencing mild symptoms, along with some difficulty in breathing. Should I consider getting an HRCT scan? I'm a bit concerned and would appreciate some guidance.

View allI've been having shortness of breath for the past two months and it started really suddenly. At first, I was also dealing with back pain and lung pain along with a feeling of tightness. Now it's mostly just the shortness of breath and a tight feeling in my left lung. My lung X-ray came back normal and the EEG report was fine too. The doctor didn't prescribe any medicine, but I'm still struggling with shortness of breath. What could be going on, and should I be concerned about this?

I'm a bit worried because I've had a cough for the past 23 days. I do a lot of data entry work on my computer and sometimes scratch cards too, so I'm concerned that maybe I've inhaled some silver dust. I've seen some dust on my clothes, bed, and even my rajai. Could this be causing my cough? What should I do about it?
