I'm really worried about my brother. He's a regular smoker and has been having a morning cough, occasional breathing issues, and sometimes even chest pain. He recently got some test results back, and it seems like his hemoglobin is high, his PCV is at the upper limit, and his vitamin D is low. I'm not sure what these mean or what steps he should take next?

I've been having trouble sleeping at night because of a constant cough. It's getting really tough to breathe, and I feel like I'm suffocating sometimes. What could be causing this, and what should I do about it?

I'm having trouble breathing for the past two months. It feels like I'm not getting enough oxygen to my head or legs, and my throat feels heavy with some chest discomfort. I've also had a cold for the same duration, but it's more of a stuffed nose than a runny nose. Antibiotics didnt help much. My doctor did an ECG and X-ray, and everything came out fine. She mentioned it might be an allergy and prescribed Allegra and some acid reflux meds for ten days. I felt better but not fully recovered. I stopped the medication on May 18th and can still do an hour of exercise daily, but the cold persists. There's a post-nasal drip, and the mucus feels stuck in my throat. I'm also finding my breaths shallow, needing to take deep breaths occasionally. What should I do next?

take mucinac for 5 days

I've been having trouble breathing at times, like my lungs aren't fully filling up with air, even though my oxygen levels are normal at 96-98. I got over COVID about two months ago, and Im doing the six-minute walk test without any drop in oxygen saturation. What could be going on?

it might be due to gastritis, take tablet. pantoprazole for 5 days once a day
