I'm really worried about my brother who was diagnosed with MDR TB. He went through three months of injections and took a lot of medicines for almost a year, but sometimes he still has a cough. It's not all day, but it happens occasionally. How can we check his current condition? What tests would show if the TB is completely gone? Would a chest X-ray help? He's not on meds anymore, so Im wondering if MDR TB is something that stays for life or if it can be fully treated. How long does the treatment usually last? Is it possible for him to be completely cured? I'm not sure what steps we should take next.

I'm really in need of some advice on this annoying chest pain I've been experiencing. I had covid back in January with a really bad cough and something called "covid tongue." My HRCT scan looked normal, and I was treated with Fabiflu. But a week after I started feeling better, I began getting this dull chest pain mostly around my sternum. I got an X-ray, which mentioned increased bronchovascular prominence, and a PFT showed COPD in the restrictive area with moderate obstruction. My doctor put me on Foracort 200 and some muscle relaxants, which helped, but the pain still bugs me at night, sometimes radiating to my mid-back. I've had two normal ECGs and another CT scan recently, which showed nothing unusual in my lungs. It's been four months, and I'm still waking up with this chest pain. What's going on with me, and how much longer might this take to get better?

it is restrictive lung disease and it will almost take 2-3 months to treat it

I've been dealing with some troubling symptoms after testing positive for COVID-19 about 23 days ago. I initially experienced fever, cold, and cough, and took Paracetamol, Azithromycin, Vitamin C, and Zincovit syrup for about 6 days. I also did some Khadi steaming. But now, I'm having a persistent chest pain that's been going on for about 34 days. It hurts more when I take a deep breath. I've always had dust allergies and a wheezing problem, especially in cold climates. Thankfully, I no longer have fever, cough, or cold, and my oxygen saturation is between 95 to 97, but I'm worried because walking for more than 10 minutes is difficult. Could these chest pains be related to my previous conditions, or should I be concerned about something else?

I've been dealing with asthma and using a Foracort inhaler, but recently I've been having a lot of issues with a runny nose and lots of sneezing. I'm not sure if this might be rhinitis or not. What do you think, and could you suggest some medication that might help with the runny nose?

Xylometazoline drops
