I'm really worried about my cousin's situation because her amniotic fluid levels have been decreasing again. She had it at 4.6 cm at 32 weeks, then after taking the L-arginine sachets three times a day, it went up to 8.6 cm by 34 weeks. But now it's down to 4 cm again at 36 weeks. The baby's growth and blood supply looked normal in the Doppler scan. The doctor said to have another scan in 4 days. Why might the fluid be going down again, and does this mean she'll still be able to have a normal delivery?

View allI'm 20 and my periods have always been regular, but this month it's already 7 days late, which is unusual for me. I've never had sex, though my boyfriend and I are sexually active without intercourse. I'm trying to figure out if this could be a hormonal imbalance or something else. Can you help me understand what's going on and what I might do about it?
