I'm really worried about my dad. He's had a stroke and a bypass in the past, and his heart rate usually hangs around 55 to 60. I've heard about Chymoral AP and Myoril for his lower back pain, but I'm concerned if it's safe for him to take because of his heart condition. Could you please guide me on this?

I'm really concerned about my wife. She saw an eye surgeon for her cataract surgery, and he suggested she get an ECG done first. After looking at the ECG results, he recommended an ECHO test. The results came back mostly normal, with no regional wall motion abnormality and normal systolic function at 65%. But it did show mild pulmonary arterial hypertension with an RVSP of 35 mmHg. I'm not sure what this means or if we should be worried. Does she need treatment for this? Could you help us understand the situation a bit better?

I've been feeling really anxious ever since I lost my job last month. The anxiety seems to be affecting my heart rate too. It was usually under 90, but in the last 20 days, I've noticed it's been higher. I've recently managed to get my resting heart rate down to under 75 by starting brisk walking and taking an arjuna tablet once a day. However, I've been experiencing some chest pain on the left side during my walks, and my heart rate shoots up to 130. I just did an ECG test because of this.
