I'm really worried about my dad who's been admitted to Nayati hospital in Mathura. He just got diagnosed with complete RBBB today. I'm in a bit of a dilemma about whether we should delay the angioplasty and find a doctor in Delhi NCR or just go ahead and get it done in Mathura. What I'm really curious about is if there's much difference in the quality of angioplasty between Mathura and Delhi. Is it risky to delay the procedure or is it fine to go with the doctors here in Mathura?

Whenever I masturbate, I start to feel really breathless, my heart races, my chest hurts, and I get this lightheaded feeling. It's strange because I never used to have these issues. Even when I'm just walking around, I feel out of breath and dizzy. I got an ECG, TMT, and echo done and they all came back normal. My lipid profile shows my total cholesterol is 193 with HDL at 42 and LDL at 151. My vitamin B12 was around 212, and vitamin D was 51. I even did a lung test and that came back normal too. Another odd thing is that I feel uncomfortable in my chest when listening to music with a lot of bass vibrations. What could be causing all this?

I've been dealing with heart anxiety since 2011 and had a bunch of tests done back in 2015. Everything seemed normal then but recently, I got an echo done in August that showed mild MRTR grade 1 DD. I also did some ECGs and they showed issues likely because of a fast heart rate or tachycardia. The doctor suggested a stress echo and I went through that last week. Could you take a look at the report? I'm a bit worried because my tests were normal in 2015 and now there's something going on. What do you think?
