I'm really worried about my dad's CT HRCT report since he's 50 today, and I just don't fully understand it. The findings say things like "pulmonary interstitium is normal bilaterally," and theres no "nodular shadowing" or "ground glass haze." The report also mentions the "peribronchovascular tissue is unremarkable," which sounds like a good thing, but Im not sure. Plus, it says no "pleural effusion" or "calcification" is seen, and the "cardiovascular markings are of normal caliber." The impression just says "normal study." Does this mean everythings okay, and theres really nothing to worry about? Could you explain it so I can be sure Im understanding this right?

View allI'm feeling a bit uneasy again and have a bit of kapham. I was on Azithromycin for four days about two weeks ago, but now I'm taking this Resprilguaiphenesinambroxoltibul syrup, 5ml in the morning and at night, along with cetrizen at night, but it doesn't seem to be working. I'm wondering if I can go back to using Azithromycin, and add montelucast along with Levocetirizine? I'm not sure if that's a good mix or if it'll help. Can you advise?

I've been on TB medication for a month now and haven't noticed any side effects like vomiting or jaundice. Is it normal not to experience side effects with TB medications? Last year, when I had extrapulmonary lymph node TB, I experienced a lot of side effects and the treatment lasted over nine months. My pulmonologist confirmed it was cured, but now I've had upper abdomen pain for the last four months. An abdomen USG showed a mass lesion in the retro peritoneal region, and after a CT scan of my thorax and full abdomen, it showed collapsed lungs and abdominal adenopathy. I've started taking RHE FD tablets again, but I'm confused if it's really TB this time since I don't have any symptoms or side effects from the medication. Could it be something else? What do you suggest I do?
your body mght be adopted to those medicines, so you are not having any side efects
