I'm really worried about my daughter's skin allergy, which we call Sappi in Telugu. Her shoulder has turned a reddish color with small, wound-like spots. I'm not sure what steps to take to help her. Could you suggest what I can do?

Can you tell me if it's possible to get dimples without having surgery? I wasn't naturally born with them, and I'm really curious if there are exercises or anything else that might help?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to create permanent dimples without surgery. Dimples are genetic traits that are caused by a small opening in the cheek muscle. However, there are some facial exercises that may help enhance the appearance of dimples. One exercise involves smiling widely and pressing your fingers into the sides of your cheeks where dimples would naturally form. Hold this position for a few seconds and repeat several times a day. Remember, results may vary and these exercises may not create permanent dimples.

I've been using tretin 0.025 cream for the past two months on a doctor's recommendation and while I've seen some good results, I'm still struggling with clogged pores and now it seems like my pore size has increased too. I'm feeling really frustrated. Could you recommend a good tretinoin gel that might give me better results?

As suggested by one of the doctors, you can try using Retin-A Micro gel 0.04% for better results. Apply a pea-sized amount on the affected area once daily in the evening. This gel formulation may help in reducing clogged pores and improving the overall texture of your skin. Remember to use sunscreen during the day while using this product.
