I'm really worried about my father's chest X-ray which shows black marks on it. What exactly could these be, and is there any way to get rid of them? The report mentions prominent broncho-vascular markings in both lung fields. Do you think practicing pranayama or meditation might help improve his condition?

yes it can improve , also take amoxicillin for secondary infections

I'm pretty sure it's not asthma, but the symptoms feel like itchest congestion and this incomplete feeling when I breathe. I also deal with constant allergies, like my nose is always running and I sneeze a lot. My family doctor recommended Moncel LC and mentioned something about a smaller rotahaler. Does this sound right, or should I try something else?
Continue tab montek LC ,orally for 14 days and seroflo rotahaler 2 puffs sos for breathing difficulty.

I'm really concerned about endobronchial tuberculosis. Is it something that can be cured? Also, how long do I need to be on TB medication for this?

I've been wondering about my lung health after smoking for many years, even though I quit some time ago. Is there any way to check how my lungs are doing now, and can I clear out any tar that might have built up in them over the years?
