I'm really worried about my father's chest X-ray which shows black marks on it. What exactly could these be, and is there any way to get rid of them? The report mentions prominent broncho-vascular markings in both lung fields. Do you think practicing pranayama or meditation might help improve his condition?

I've been concerned about my chest x-ray results taken about six weeks after having COVID. One doctor mentioned that there's a slight infection and suggested taking azithromycin 600 mg for a week, but another doctor advised me that there's no infection. Could you help clarify if there's actually an infection or if I need to take the antibiotics? I really prefer not to take more medication unless it's necessary.
Continue same treatment as advised by the physician.

I've recently had a medical exam and the CT scan shows an inflamed lymph node. The tests for tuberculin skin and IGRA were positive, but Sputum smears and cultures were negative. I did have pneumonia in the left lower lobe back in 2019. Could this inflammation be from that past pneumonia, or is it latent TB? How long does treatment usually take in cases like this?
total 6 months of ATT course, 2months intensive phase and 4 months continous phase
