I'm really worried about my father's chest X-ray which shows black marks on it. What exactly could these be, and is there any way to get rid of them? The report mentions prominent broncho-vascular markings in both lung fields. Do you think practicing pranayama or meditation might help improve his condition?

Namaste, I'm 28 and have had chronic asthma since birth. I usually rely on the Foracort 200mg inhaler, taking one puff every couple of days, and it mostly keeps things in check. Sometimes, I used to take Levolin 10mg if I felt the need. Now, with the COVID-19 vaccinations available like Covishield, Covaxin, or Sputnik, Im wondering if its safe for me to take any of them given my condition and the medication Im on. Is continuing with my inhaler after vaccination okay? Also, should I be worried about possible allergic reactions like wheezing or chest congestion similar to an asthma attack post-vaccination? Would really appreciate some guidance on this.

Patient is advised covishield vaccination intramuscular, 3 doses as complete immunization to the patient. Side-efects like rash, fever, nausea, headache and allergic reactions are fewer side-effects.

I'm really worried about my sleep apnea and I'm trying to figure out if there are any medications that could help manage it. Or should I be considering other treatments like surgery or maybe laser therapy? I'm not sure what the best path is and would love some guidance on this.

I've been having some strange breathing issues lately, and it's kind of worrying. It all started last Friday, August 4th, after I ate something that made me sick, and I ended up throwing up. Ever since then, my breathing has felt weird. I feel a bit short of breath, and it seems hard to take a deep breath. I'm feeling really stressed about it. What could be going on? Should I be concerned?

Budesonide 200 inhaler sos for breathing difficulty to the patient.
