I'm really worried about my friend's situation. She has a high ESR, but it's been consistently at 92. The doctor at Apollo said she has TB, but her ESR hasn't changed. Can you help me understand what's going on with her?

View allI'm dealing with some post-COVID issues and could really use some advice. When I'm teaching or talking a lot, I get this strange pain in my trachea, from my throat to my chest, almost like chest pain, but my ECG was normal. I've had breathlessness too, especially when putting pressure on my voice during classes. My COVID test was positive back on April 23rd and then again on May 5th. I had an HRCT on May 9th which was 0, D-dimer was 490, and CRP was 3.95. Now I'm feeling weak, have a little bit of a dry cough, a sense of cold on the inside, and some gastric issues. What do you think could be going on, and how can I address these symptoms?
take pantop 40mg for 5 days

I've been really worried. Back in May, I had a severe case of COVID and ended up in the hospital with a CT score of 18. My last CT scan in July showed just a bit of that ground glass opacity left. It's been about six months since I was in the hospital, and my SPO2 is around 98-99 now. Do you think I should get an X-ray or another CT scan again? Or maybe some other tests just to be sure?
Yes, patient is advised tab chlorphenaramine ,orally ,at edtime for 3 days.

I'm having trouble with my breathing and my doctor mentioned it's bronchial asthma caused by allergies. He suggested using a Budecort 200 inhaler to help me breathe better. I'm just not too sure how many puffs I should be taking each day. Can you help me figure it out?
2 puffs each time for 2-3 times per day
