I'm really concerned about my mom's health. We've been checking her spo2 levels since August using a pulse oximeter, and while the rest of my family stays above 95, hers fluctuates between 89 and 92. It's October now, and the readings haven't changed much. I'm worried about what might be causing this and if it's indicative of any particular health issue. Could this be something serious?

View allI'm a 45-year-old woman and I've been having trouble breathing for the past 3 to 4 years. Sometimes it feels like I have to forcefully inhale and it's quite concerning. I've already seen many doctors and they've prescribed medications like Feliz S Plus and Beloc Plus, but nothing seems to really help. I'm really worried and not sure what to do next or who else I can see about this. Can you give me some advice on who else to consult or what other steps I might take?

I'm having a tough time with my wheezing tonight and I've got a Foracort inhaler with me, but I just realized that it's expired by three years. It's really late now, and there aren't any pharmacies open. Is it safe to use this expired inhaler to get some relief until I can see a doctor?
