I got the X-ray results back, and they were mostly normal except for this note about increased bronchovascular markings in both lung fields. Should I be worried about this? What does it mean, and what steps should I take next?

I'm a bit confused and worried about my health situation. I had a lump on the right side of my neck and got an FNAC done, which pointed to tuberculosis. I went ahead with a Mantoux test, and it came back with a really large red induration, like 29mm. My chest X-ray shows bilateral hilar prominence, and my ESR is raised too. But here's the thing, I don't have any symptoms - no weakness, no cough, nothing at all. What's going on? Should I be concerned even without symptoms?

I'm really worried about my mom. She has this severe dry cough that gets worse whenever the weather changes, and we've been trying to manage it with monocortil 6 mg for a couple of months. Its been helpful, but Im concerned because it seems like her diabetes is getting worse. Could this be related to the medication?
