I just moved to Bengaluru and for the past four nights, I've been waking up in the middle of the night struggling to breathe. Before coming here, I was getting Ayurvedic treatment for Allergic Rhinitis but stopped once I moved. I'm worried if this breathing issue is somehow connected to the Allergic Rhinitis. Could it be related?

They also noted it might be a chronic inflammatory lung issue like ptb fibroid type. Can you help me understand what this means? I'm a bit worried about what it indicates for my lung health.
