I'm really worried about my hair. It's become unevenly thick, super rough, and the texture is all bumpylike I can literally feel the bumps when I run my fingers through it. It used to be thick and healthy, and I haven't colored it or done anything drastic to it. This has been happening over the past few years and I just don't understand why. Do you have any idea what's causing this or maybe some natural treatments I could try?

Uneven hair thickness and rough texture can be frustrating.
Possible Reasons
- Protein imbalance: Hair is made of protein, and an imbalance can cause uneven texture.
- Moisture deficiency: Lack of moisture can lead to rough, brittle hair.
- Hair cuticle damage: Damage to the hair cuticle can cause bumps and rough texture.
- Nutritional deficiencies: Deficiencies in vitamins and minerals like biotin, vitamin E, and omega-3 fatty acids can affect hair health.
- Hormonal changes: Hormonal fluctuations can lead to changes in hair texture.
Natural Solutions
- Coconut oil treatment: Apply warm coconut oil to your hair, cover with a shower cap, and leave it on for 2-3 hours before washing.
- Banana and honey mask: Mash ripe banana and mix with honey. Apply to your hair and leave it on for 15-20 minutes before rinsing.
- Apple cider vinegar rinse: Mix equal parts water and apple cider vinegar as a final rinse after shampooing to balance your hair's pH.
- Biotin supplements: Consult with your doctor before taking biotin supplements to support hair growth and health.
- Use a wide-tooth comb: Gentle combing can help reduce breakage and tangles.

View allI've been using this topical lulifin 1 cream and some oral capsules that my doctor prescribed for a fungal issue in my groin area. Its only been two days, but my skin turned all milky white and it's starting to peel with tiny blisters, plus there's this burning sensation. Is this a normal reaction? I should probably mention that I've used an over-the-counter cream before and ended up with thin skin and stretch marks. Could that have something to do with what's happening now, or is this something else?
The symptoms you're experiencing, such as milky white skin, peeling, small blisters, and burning sensation, are not normal and may indicate an allergic reaction or sensitivity to the lulifin 1 cream or oral antifungal medication, so stop using the medication and consult your doctor immediately.

I'm wondering if there's any risk of getting an STD from rubbing my penis on a partner's vagina, especially when some vaginal fluid comes into contact with my penis. I tend to do this often, so I'm a bit concerned. Can this lead to an STD?
when both of you are healthy no need to worry, if you have any symptoms like itching or burning sensation around your genitallia u have to see Dermatologist, otherwise no need to worry.

What is the best vitamin for hair growth?
Vitamins such as Vitamin A, E, D, B12, Roboflavin, biotin and folate are important for hair growth. Micronutrients such as zinc, selenium and iron, if deficient can cause hair loss and /or greying
