I'm really worried about my hair. I've noticed Ive lost about 50% of it, and the area where I part my hair is looking much wider now. Could this be telogen effluvium, and if it is, what can I do to encourage hair regrowth and stop it from thinning further?

Can androgenetic alopecia be managed without resorting to medication or treatments? I've been thinking about cutting my hair regularly and using onion juice, especially since I'm in the early stages. Do you think this approach could be effective?
