I'm really worried about my husband. He was diagnosed with dengue and the doctor prescribed paracetamol and Omnix 200 DT. But now hes got all this redness and swelling on his face, and weird bumps on his tongue and neck. It seems pretty serious to me. What should we do next, and what kind of doctor should we be reaching out to for this?

Expired Medication Risks_
- Reduced potency: Expired medications may lose their effectiveness, which might not provide the desired relief for acidity-related problems.
- Increased risk of side effects: Taking expired medications can increase the risk of adverse reactions or side effects.
- Toxicity: In rare cases, expired medications can degrade into toxic compounds, which can be harmful.
Acidity Medication Specifics
- Antacids: Expired antacids are unlikely to cause significant harm, but their effectiveness may be reduced.
- Histamine-2 (H2) blockers: Expired H2 blockers, like ranitidine, may increase the risk of side effects.
- Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs): Expired PPIs, like omeprazole, may also increase the risk of side effects.
What to Do Now
- Monitor your symptoms: Watch for any adverse reactions, such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal pain.
- Contact a healthcare professional: Reach out to your doctor, pharmacist, or a poison control center for guidance.
- Do not take any further expired medication: Dispose of the expired medication and obtain a fresh prescription or over-the-counter medication.

View allI'm struggling a lot with melasma and it's been going on for about 2 years now. I've seen so many doctors and tried different treatments, but nothing seems to work. Is there a permanent solution to this issue? It's getting quite frustrating.
Consult a dermatologist for personalized treatment, and consider combination therapies like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser therapy, and topical creams containing hydroquinone, kojic acid, or retinoids, which can help manage melasma, although a complete cure is challenging.

I've been noticing that I seem to get rashes only at night, but by the morning they're completely gone. It's really puzzling and a bit worrying. I'm wondering what could be causing this? Is there something about night time that triggers rashes like these? Should I be concerned, or is this something that can happen normally?
Those rashes can be due to mosquito bites which usually resolves by morning. If those rashes make you uncomfortable causing itching ,irritation please consult dermatologist at the earliest . Take photos of rashes for documentation .
