I'm really worried about my lips being super dry and chapped lately. I've been using lip balm twice a day, but it doesn't seem to help. Could it be because we leave the fan on high speed all night? Any ideas on what might be causing this?

I've been dealing with an acne problem and my dermatologist recommended using Topibrite cream every night. I'm just a bit concerned about using it so regularly. Is it really safe to put it on every night, or could there be any side effects I should watch out for?

Topibrite cream, containing adapalene and benzoyl peroxide, is generally safe for regular nighttime use, but potential side effects like dryness, irritation, or sun sensitivity can occur, so follow your dermatologist's guidance, start with a small amount, and gradually increase as your skin tolerates it.

I'm really concerned because about 60 days ago, I had a sexual encounter with protection. However, I just got my herpes antibody test results, and they're showing 3.5 for IgM antibodies and 30 for IgG antibodies. Is it possible that herpes could've been transmitted even with protective sex? I'm also wondering if there's any specific treatment I should be considering.

Yes there are chances of you getting herpes despite of having protective sex, visit Dermatologist for appropriate management

I've been trying to grow a beard and it's been a struggle. I've used both a razor and a trimmer, but Ive got no real growth on my face. I even took biotin for a month, but nothing changed. I'm 22 and about to start my career in the corporate world, and I'd really like to have a beard. What should I do?

consulting a dermatologist to rule out hormonal imbalances, continue taking biotin supplements, and focus on a balanced diet, stress reduction, and proper sleep to promote beard growth, while also exploring additional supplements like vitamin D and fish oil.
