I'm really worried about my lips being super dry and chapped lately. I've been using lip balm twice a day, but it doesn't seem to help. Could it be because we leave the fan on high speed all night? Any ideas on what might be causing this?

I'm dealing with scalp psoriasis and my dermatologist recommended I use Halox S lotion. I'm a bit confused about the right order of things. Should I be shampooing my hair before I put on the lotion, or is it better to shampoo after rinsing the lotion out?
