I'm really worried about my mom. Her MRI results showed a diffuse disk bulge in L4 L5 and L5 S1, and there's also ligamentum flavum hypertrophy on the left side of L4 L5. They mentioned something about minimal to mild scoliosis in her lumbar spine and reduced heights. Could you help me understand what all of this means? Should I be really concerned about this? What kind of treatments or lifestyle changes might she need to consider?

My sister recently finished physiotherapy and quad strengthening exercises, but she still struggles with a lot of knee pain due to chondromalacia. We've noticed it gets better with icing and rest, but it's tough since she really loves dancing and doesn't want to quit. Is it okay for her to try Zumba or aerobics, or would that just make things worse? Any advice would be really helpful.
