I was treated for TB in my lungs back in 2016 after a 9-month medication course. Now, I've noticed a tiny speck of blood when I spit, but I dont have any cough. Should this be something I worry about and see a hospital for?

I've recently had a punctured and collapsed lung from a stab wound, and it's only been a week since I was discharged from the hospital. I know I shouldn't smoke since it might collapse my lung again or cause breathing issues. But I've noticed I'm coughing up a bit of blood lately.
