I'm really worried about my mom. She's been using panderm cream to try and get rid of the black spots on her face, but it seems like every time she stops, the spots not only come back, but they're even worse. I'm concerned if it's really safe for her to be using this cream. Are there any side effects she should be aware of?

View allI'm curious about using lemon as a natural remedy for my hair. If I mix half a lemon with a mug of water, can I use it to rinse my hair every day? I'm really hoping it will make my hair feel smooth and help with dandruff. Just want to make sure there's no harm in using lemon this often. Also, on days I don't shampoo, is it okay to just use the lemon water rinse? Would love to hear your thoughts on this!

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with vitiligo for five years now. I've been using topgraf ointment, malgain lotion, and taking pigmento tablets. At first, the treatment worked great and 80% of my patches were cured, but in the past year, nothing seems to work anymore. The old patches are still there and now Im even getting new ones. What's going on and what should I do? It's frustrating.

I was wondering what the difference is between scalp psoriasis and dandruff. I'm a bit worried because I'm dealing with some issues on my scalp and can't tell if it's just dandruff or something more like psoriasis. I've attached a few images hoping you could help me figure it out. Could you take a look and let me know your thoughts?
Scalp psoriasis is a skin condition characterized by red, scaly patches on the scalp, while dandruff is a common condition marked by flaking of the scalp skin. To treat scalp psoriasis, you can use medicated shampoos containing coal tar, salicylic acid, or ketoconazole. In addition, topical corticosteroids or calcipotriene can be applied to the affected areas.
