I'm really worried about my mom's cough situation. We've been to the doctor, but nothing seems to be helping her. Whenever she starts coughing, it goes on for a long time and only stops when we nebulize her. It tends to happen around 8 to 8:30 pm and sometimes when she's eating. It feels like no medication is working for her. What could be causing this, and is there anything else we can try to help her?

I'm really worried about my aunt - she's been having trouble breathing, and her reports show she has Severe Pulmonary Hypertension. I went to a pulmonary doctor for chest pain and heaviness and they found small airway obstruction with severe restriction on spirometry but said it's normal now I have inguinal scrotal surgery next week and I'm worried about these test results being normal what should I do
