I'm really anxious because I got a positive result after taking a TB Gold Standard test for my UAE work visa, but I'm not showing any symptoms at all. Could there be any connection between this result and HIV, even though my HIV test came back negative? I'm really worried and need some clarification on what's happening.

I'm having some trouble with my breathing and I already tried the pantosec d gas tablet that my doctor recommended. I also saw a pulmonologist, had a chest X-ray and an ECG, and both came out normal. There didn't seem to be any problems, so no meds were given. Do you think I might still need any medication or other tests?

I'm wondering if it's common for someone with TB on medication to have trouble breathing, feel chest tightness, or experience restlessness at times. I've also been diagnosed with LRTI and had a tuberculous pleural effusion that was drained. The doctors mentioned something about possibly having sarcoidosis too, and I'm a bit worried. Is this something that can happen?
yes
