I'm really worried about my pleomorphic adenoma diagnosis from 07052015. I've tried a bunch of homeopathic treatments, but nothing seems to work. I'm hoping to find a non-surgical solution. Are there any effective medications I should look into?

Given your diagnosis of pleomorphic adenoma and lack of response to homeopathic treatments, it's essential to consult a qualified oncologist for evidence-based advice; currently, there is no proven non-surgical treatment for pleomorphic adenoma, and watchful waiting or surgical excision are typically recommended; some research suggests that medications like Imatinib or Tamoxifen may be effective in shrinking salivary gland tumors, but these treatments are still experimental and require further study.

I've been having this strange sensation on the left side of my throat whenever I cough. It's really weird because I don't feel any discomfort while eating or drinking. Should I be worried about this, or is it just a minor thing that will go away?
The weird feeling on the left side of your throat while coughing, without difficulty swallowing food and water, could be due to a minor issue like throat muscle strain, acid reflux, or a cough-related irritation

I'm noticing a bit of redness inside my left nostril. There's no pain, just some irritation, and I've been rubbing it a bit. I recently spent a day in a house that's under construction, and now it's feeling itchy. Could this be something serious that needs me to see an ENT, or is there a simple solution I can try at home?
For itchiness and irritation, you can use saline nasal spray and if you have dust allergy, use face mask in exposure to dust or pollution.
