I'm really worried about my recovery from covid. I had mild symptoms and didn't have any breathing issues, but now, even after 30 days since the symptoms began, I'm experiencing some pain in my back and chest. My D-dimer level is 1.12, and I'm anxious about when this will come down and when I'll feel completely normal again. I'm concerned about potential post-covid complications. Is this something I should be worried about, or is this a normal part of the recovery process?

View allI've been dealing with some breathing problems lately and I'm worried. My ESR value is 70 and my WBC count is 14,000. I noticed when I used medication for a while, it seemed to help a bit, but now the issue is coming back. Are there any natural remedies or specific foods I should try? And do you have any idea why this might be happening?
