An isoechoic lesion attached to the gallbladder wall could be a gallbladder polyp, which is a tissue growth that extends from the gallbladder's mucous lining.If a gallbladder polyp increases in size by 2 mm or more, or reaches 10 mm in diameter, surgical removal of the gallbladder, called cholecystectomy, may be recommended. I had a CT scan of my abdomen and pelvis that showed a scrotal hernia but my small bowel looks normal is it okay to get an endoscopy done to check for other stomach issues before going ahead with the hernia surgery
