I'm really worried about my skin getting tanner every day. I have naturally tan skin and I'm wondering how I can reduce the melanin to achieve a fairer complexion. Is there anything I can do or any treatments that might help with this?

I've got a bit of a problem with eczema on my scrotum and my dermatologist told me to use Mometasone Furoate Cream IP ELOCON every night. But when I looked it up, I read that it shouldn't be used on the groin area. It hurt a little at first but seemed to get better after that. I'm just really concerned and wondering if it's okay to keep using this cream. Could it affect sperm production since Im applying it directly on the scrotum? I'm pretty worried about this.
