I'm really worried about my skin. I've been using this fair cream from Zee Drugs for about a year now, and I'm noticing some issues. If I skip using it for just a day, I get these small pimple-like things near my nose and all over my forehead. The longer I don't use it, the redder and itchier they become. And when I do use the cream again, my nose becomes covered with pimples that won't go away. Can someone please help me figure out what's going on and what I should do about it?

I'm a 21-year-old girl and last November and December, I suffered from typhoid. Since I started recovering fully in January, Ive noticed that my hair is falling out a lot. I used to have long, thick hair, but now its really thinning, and I can even see bald spots. I'm worried and I really dont want to shave my head. How long can I expect it to take for my hair to grow back to normal, and is there anything I can do to speed up the process? Will not shaving be a problem?

I've been hitting the gym regularly and for the past five months, I've added whey protein supplements to my routine. I'm averaging about 50-70 grams of protein a day. Ever since I started, I've noticed a major hair fall situation. Could this be because of the protein I'm taking, or is there something else going on here? Also, what can I do to get my hair back to its normal state or encourage regrowth?

There are many reasons for hair fall, visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management and consume balanced diet with extra protein for better results
