I'm really worried about my x-ray results that mention a mild peri hilar increase in the bronchovascular fields in both lungs. I've been having some mild breathing problems lately. Is this something normal, or should I be concerned about what's going on with my lungs?

View allI've been dealing with COPD and I'm currently on MontekAB, Esiflo250, and Tiate inhaler. I tested negative for COVID on June 5th, but lately I've had a runny nose and sneezing a lot. After taking Sinarest three times a day, the sneezing stopped, but then I started coughing. It feels like there's something stuck in my chest and my oxygen level has dropped to 90. I'm really worried and could use some advice. What should I do next?

I'm sending over my reports and really need your opinion. I've been dealing with a mild fever, like 99.5 in the evenings, and a persistent cough for the last 23 months. I haven't lost my appetite or anything, but the symptoms started when I was in Italy and continued after I returned to India. The doctor initially gave me AKT4, but it seemed to make things worsemy fever went up to 101.7 and my coughing increased. After two weeks, they switched my medication to AKURIT 4, with five tablets a day since I weigh 77 kg. It's been nine days on the new meds, and now my fever is around 99 to 99.5 degrees in the evening for a couple of hours, and the coughing has reduced. I'm just not sure if I'm on the right track here. Is it really tuberculosis, and how long should I expect the fever to last? I'm pretty anxious about this.

I'm having trouble breathing properly, especially taking deep breaths. I've been using doxophylline 650mg sr, but I feel pain in the right side of my chest when I breathe. Sometimes I even have to hold my chest just to manage it. I've tried anxiety meds and something for a chest infection, but I'm still worried. Do you have any idea what could be going on?
