I'm really worried about my x-ray results that mention a mild peri hilar increase in the bronchovascular fields in both lungs. I've been having some mild breathing problems lately. Is this something normal, or should I be concerned about what's going on with my lungs?

View allI'm really worried about my dad. His oxygen saturation has been stuck at 88 for the last five days, even though he's on 5L oxygen at the hospital. The CT scan showed these ground glass opacities in his lungs, and he's taking pirfenidone, along with formonide and combimiat. What should we expect next? Is there anything else we can do to help improve his condition?
Yes, Continue same treatment.

I'm having a tough time breathing, and it's been like this since last night. My throat also feels itchy, and I'm struggling to breathe properly. I've dealt with acidity and gas issues before, so I'm wondering if they might be related. Could you recommend something to help?
Acid reflux- take antacids and lozenges to soothe the throat

I'm dealing with bronchial asthma and have been using Foracort 400 daily. I'm worried though, are there any potential problems or side effects from using it every day? I'd really appreciate some advice on this.
Foracort 400 is generally safe for managing bronchial asthma if used as prescribed by your doctor. Long-term use may cause side effects like oral thrush, hoarseness, or mild systemic effects, so regular check-ups are essential. Always rinse your mouth after use to minimize side effects.
