I'm really worried about this ongoing chest pain I've had for the past month. I've done all the testsECG, 2D echo, and TMTand they all came back normal. My lipid profile is borderline though. I can't sleep because of the constant headache and chest pain throughout the day. The only way I'm sleeping is with Restyl 0.25 mg, but the chest pain just won't go away. What should I do next?

View allI'm really worried because my heart rate seems to shoot up when I'm stressed. Sometimes it even hits between 160 to 180 bpm. What can I do to get it back to normal? Any tips on how to reduce my heartbeat when this happens?
Increased heart rate due to tension can be concerning. To help reduce your heart rate, you can try deep breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Additionally, you can take a beta-blocker medication like Metoprolol at a starting dose of 25mg once daily. It can help lower your heart rate and reduce the effects of adrenaline on your heart. However, it is important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new medication.

Can you recommend which Saffola oil is better for a heart patient, especially after they've recently dealt with heart issues? I'm really worried and want to make sure I choose the best option for their health.
For heart health, Saffola Total Pro Heart Oil is a good option. It contains a blend of rice bran oil and safflower oil, which is rich in oryzanol and natural Vitamin E. The recommended dosage is 2-3 teaspoons per day for cooking purposes.

I've been dealing with neck pain for the past 20 days, and now I'm starting to feel pain on the left side of my chest and in my shoulders. Could you give me some advice on what might be going on?
It sounds like you may be experiencing musculoskeletal pain that is radiating from your neck to your chest and shoulders. I recommend taking Ibuprofen (Advil) 400mg every 6 hours as needed for pain relief and inflammation. Additionally, you can apply a topical pain relief gel like Voltaren gel to the affected areas. Make sure to rest your neck, avoid any strenuous activities, and practice good posture. If the pain persists or worsens, please follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation.
