I'm really worried about this persistent ringworm I've been dealing with lately. I've heard about creams for fungal infections that don't contain steroids, but I'm not sure which ones are effective. Can you recommend any good steroid-free creams that might help clear this up?

I'm dealing with a persistent jock itch and the whole thing is really frustrating. I first tried using Candid Dusting powder, which helped for a bit, but the itch just kept coming back. Then I went for an antifungal cream called Clobiprop NM, and while it reduced the rashes, they returned as soon as I stopped the cream. I've also tried a stronger cream, Clop GM, which seemed to reduce the rash and itch at first, but now my skin has turned white and its painful and itching again. Could you suggest what might be a good treatment or medication for this?
